Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AI Civilization's AI automation platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using AI Civilization's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the platform.
AI Civilization provides an AI automation platform that enables users to deploy, manage, and scale AI agents, automation factories, workflows, revenue engines, and intelligent systems. Our platform includes access to AI Brain, Agent Town, Memory Graph, API Gateway, Voice Systems, and other related features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.
You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform: (a) for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate illegal activities; (b) to transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code; (c) to interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the service; (d) to attempt unauthorized access to any systems or networks; (e) to infringe upon intellectual property rights of others; (f) to generate spam or unsolicited communications; (g) to create content that is harmful, offensive, or discriminatory; (h) to reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the platform.
We offer various subscription plans with different features and usage limits. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual subscriptions receive a discount. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Certain features may incur usage-based charges beyond your plan limits. You will be notified before incurring additional charges. Overages are billed at the rates displayed in your dashboard.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, fees are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for pro-rated refunds at our discretion.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. We may also terminate accounts that are inactive for more than 12 months.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days to allow for account reactivation, after which it will be permanently deleted.
The AI Civilization platform, including all software, designs, logos, and content, is owned by AI Civilization and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the platform. By using our AI services, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide and improve our services. This license does not include the right to sell or share your content with third parties.
AI Civilization and its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Civilization and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) content you submit through the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with modifications, you must cancel your subscription before they take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
